– Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
– Must have experience in loyalty programs, customer database management, analysis, etc. with a retail company.
– Build the CRM Roadmap with set KPIs to improve the customer lifetime value.
– Formulate, implement, and enforce proper data collection policies and procedures to support business goals and CRM vision.
– Arabic Speakers preferred.
